Company History
Precyse Solutions was founded in September 1999 as Capital MT, L.L.C. to provide outsourced medical transcription, medical coding, and other document management services to U.S. based hospitals and other healthcare providers. The company provided healthcare facilities with cutting-edge, all encompassing outsourced functions. In July 2000, Capital MT acquired MediHealth Outsourcing, L.L.C., an industry-leading provider of outsourced health information management services. After integrating its services with MediHealth, Capital MT began operating under the name of Precyse Solutions in October 2001.
In August 2002, the Company acquired FACT, Inc., an Outsourced Medical Transcription company based in Akron, Ohio. In December 2002, Precyse Solutions acquired QuadraMed’s Health Information Management Services Division. In November 2006, the company acquired the Health Information Services Division of Certus Corporation, and recently acquired Morgan Stewart Consulting. In combining the services, technologies and expertise of these companies, Precyse Solutions now offers the most comprehensive suite of outsourced services and technologies in the Health Information Management industry.
